With his second-place finish in the 2011 PokerStars Caribbean Adventure Super High Roller Tournament, Daniel Negreanu banked $1 million and surpassed Phil Ivey on the all-time tournament earnings list. To commemorate Negreanu's achievement, we decided to look back on his five most entertaining moments caught on camera.

5. Negreanu calls cards and hits a straight flush

Negreanu was battling Los Angeles Lakers owner Jerry Buss in the 2005 NBC National Heads-Up Poker Championship when the two got all their chips in the middle preflop. Negreanu open-shoved Q?J? and a short-stacked Buss called instantly with A?10?. The 5?9?10? flop gave Buss a pair of tens, but Negreanu was excited to have picked up a straight draw. Negreanu then called for the 8?, which would give him a straight and a straight flush draw, and the dealer obligingly dropped the card on the turn. Any diamond would have given Buss the best hand on the river, except for the J?, which would have given Negreanu the straight flush he wanted so badly. Miraculously, the J? spiked on the river sent Negreanu into a frenzied celebration, as well as the second round of the tournament.

4. Negreanu "blows up" on a reporter

In an interview with SIKTILT.com at the 2008 EPT Grand Final, Negreanu was insulted by the interviewer who told him he "made a little bit more money than him over the past few years." This comment pushed Kid Poker over the edge, so he literally pushed the interviewer over the edge and into a pool. While this interview is rumored to have been staged, it was priceless to see Negreanu push this fully clothed interviewer in the water.

3. Negreanu cracks aces - twice

It's tough to crack aces and get paid once, let alone twice in the same tournament, especially at the same table. Well, at the 2007 World Series of Poker Main Event Europe, Negreanu did just that, first with 8?7? against Gus Hansen and then with 5?3? against Patrik Antonius. In the first hand, the flop fell 2?A?3? to give Hansen top set and Negreanu a flush draw. Both players checked and the 9? on the turn completed Negreanu's flush. Hansen check-called a bet, and after the river, Hansen check-called a massive bet from Negreanu, only to muck his losing set of aces. Against Antonius, Negreanu was a little luckier. The flop came 2?5?5? giving Kid Poker a pair and a flush draw, and the two got all the chips in the middle. The 10? on the turn was a big fat brick, but the A? spiked on the river to give Negreanu the winning wheel.

2. Negreanu gets one-outed in a $575,700 pot

In this classic episode of High Stakes Poker, Negreanu and Hansen both flopped sets on a 9?6?5? board. Negreanu's set of sixes had Hansen's set of fives crushed, and Hansen checked to Kid Poker who fired $8,000. Hansen raised to $26,000 and Negreanu opted to call. The 5? then turned, giving Hansen quads and Negreanu a full house, and Hansen lead for $24,000. Negreanu called. The river was the 8? and Hansen checked to Negreanu, who bet $68,000, and then Hansen check-raised all-in for $167,000 more. Negreanu eventually made a crying call and was sick to his stomach when the Great Dane turned over 5?5?.

In 2007, PokerNews and the late Justin Shronk collaborated on a hit single featuring Negreanu called "Coffee, Soda, Juice." In the video, Kid Poker rapped about the drink selection at the WSOP, having aces, and playing his game. If his Twitter feud with Prahlad Friedman continues, we suggest they settle it in a rap battle.
