Online poker is up and running in New Jersey, and Caesars Interactive Entertainment (CIE) is already looking to add a remote gaming server (RGS) and game titles to its CaesarsCasino.com and HarrahsCasino.com websites. To do so, CIE has agreed to a deal that will see U.S. distributor KGM Gaming and gaming content developer Spin Games provide land-based operations in New Jersey.

According to iGamingBuisness, KGM became the first company to submit a complete working RGS to the New Jersey Division of Gaming Enforcement. Established in 2003, KGM will provide mobile content that will allow players to access CIE platforms via smartphones.

Thanks to a license agreement with Spin Games, which is partnered with GeoComply, CIE will be able to offer its online gaming technology to New Jersey casinos. According to its website, Spin Games does the following:

  • Develop and license gaming content for the land-based and interactive markets, including video poker, slots, bingo, keno, and out of the box concepts.
  • Develop and has developed technology for content delivery for the land-based segment utilizing the Spin game engine, integrated with a Class III, GLI 11 approved platform.
  • Develop and license technology for content delivery in the interactive market, known as the ROC? (Robust Online Client).
  • Develop and license land-based secondary bonusing applications such as the 'Bonza Wheel Series?' (Little Bonza? and Big Bonza?), Cash Bonusing Module? (CBM) and Dingo HD?.
