While the PokerNews Live Reporting team was working hard to bring you coverage of the PokerStars Caribbean Adventure Super High Roller, Main Event and High Roller, there was plenty of side action taking place at the Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas this month. A wide variety of events were held inside the enormous convention center, and several well-known pros took advantage by scooping big scores.
Team PokerStars Pro Jonathan Duhamel took down one of the last events on the schedule, winning Event #31: $5,300 NLHE 8-Handed Turbo for $116,738 after a heads-up deal with Nick Maimone. A raucous rail turned up for this one (the final table was running as the PokerStars party ended) as supporters rallied behind Mustapha Kanit, Matt Waxman and Mike Watson, among others.

Earlier in the week, Paul Volpe won his third career side event on the European Poker Tour by winning Event #14, a #2,200 no-limit hold'em event. The tournament attracted a field of 217 and Volpe collected $89,140 after beating Brazil's Joao Henrique Sousa heads-up. Volpe also took down the 10,000 no-limit hold'em turbo and 2,000 no-limit hold'em turbo at the EPT9 Grand Final.
Justin Bonomo also landed in the winner's circle, besting a small-but-stacked field of 27 in the $5,000 Pot-Limit Omaha event. Here's a look at some of the notable results from the 2015 PCA:
