On Tuesday, the 2015 Seminole Hard Rock Poker Open, in conjunction with Poker Night in America, live streamed an unprecedented four final tables at the same time. One of those final tables was SHRPO Event #23 $1,100 No-Limit Hold'em Reentry, a tournament that attracted 794 entrants and created a prize pool of $794,000.

David Eldridge entered Day 2 as the chip leader, and managed to ride it all the way to the end to capture the $146,100 first-place prize, which nearly matched his prior lifetime earnings of $172,636. The win marked Eldridge's first six-figure score, and was just the latest in a successful 2015 that included a 46th-place finish back in January's PokerStars Caribbean Adventure Main Event for $27,700 followed by a fourth-place finish in the World Series or Poker Event #8: $1,500 Pot-Limit Hold'em for $55,960.

9Mohammed SiddiquiPembroke Pines, FL$14,050

According to updates from the event, Mohammed "Sheddy" Siddiqui and Jamie Lewin bowed out in ninth and eight place respectively before Eldridge got to work by eliminating the rest of the players

The first to go was Viet Vo, who fell in Level 29 (40,000/80,000/10,000). It happened when Eldridge opened for 175,000 and then called Vo's all-in three-bet for 810,000.

Eldridge: K?J?
Vo: A?5?

Vo was ahead, but not after the flop came down Q?J?6? to give Eldridge a pair of jacks. The Q? turn meant Vo needed an ace and an ace only on the river to stay alive, but it wasn't in the cards as the 10? blanked. Vo took home $21,900 for his seventh-place finish.

He was followed out the door by Evan Panesis, who three-bet all in for 1.3 million over the top of Eldridge's 150,000 open. Eldridge called with the 10?10?, which held against Panesis' A?Q? after the board ran out A?10?6?J?Q?. From there, Wisconsin's Anthony Nardi fell after his K?J? failed to overcome the A?9? of Eldridge after a Q?9?7?A?8? run out.

Eldridge then finished off Dan Ishaki in fourth place after the two got it in on a J?9?6? flop. Eldridge was ahead with the Q?J?, but Ishaki was drawing live to a flush with the A?5?. Unfortunately for him, the 2? blanked on the turn followed by the 7? river.

With three players remaining, Eldridge opened for 250,000 and then called when Gavin O'Rourke moved all in for 1.02 million total.

Eldridge: Q?4?
O'Rourke: A?10?

The Irishman got it in good, but he fell behind on the K?Q?3? flop. Neither the 10? turn nor 2? river helped O'Rourke, and he took his leave in third place for $51,100, which saw Eldridge take 5.1 million into heads-up play against Rubin Ybarra's 6.09 million.

Eldridge soon took over the lead, and in what would be the last hand of the tournament which took place in Level 31 (60,000/120,000/20,000) he opened for 260,000 and then snap-called with the A?J? when Ybarra shoved all in holding the A?Q?. It was a bad spot for Eldridge, and the 5?7?10? flop didn't provide much help.

However, the 10? turn made things interesting as Eldridge picked up both a flush draw and chop outs. Much to the dismay of Ybarra, the Q? spiked on the river to complete the said flush and send him out the door in second place for $84,700.

Congratulations to David Eldridge, the 2015 SHRPO Event #23 $1,100 No-Limit Hold'em champion!
