It was a huge weekend for Anna "JewJon" Antimony as she was Garden State's biggest online poker tournament winner taking place on state-regulated networks.
Antimony kicked things off on Sunday by winning the biggest single prize over the weekend after winning the WSOP.com NJ/888poker NJ $50,000 Ultimate Warrior for $13,500. Other notable players on the final table in this tournament included Keith "T1mB3y_B33F" Donovan finishing in fourth place to bank $4,500 and Trevor "Optimus24" Deeter snagging seventh place to collect $1,900.
To add to her big day, Antimony later on Sunday took second place in the WSOP.com NJ/888poker NJ $10,000 Fierce Warrior for $2,635.
Meanwhile, "ConorLarkin3" was the other five-digit winner in a single tournament this past weekend after he outlasted a field of 237-entrants to win the PokerStars NJ Sunday Special, $50,000 Gtd for $10,225. Joining him on the final table were Joseph "B3ndTheKnee" Liberta (fifth - $2,900) and Ryan "ISlowRollYou" Hohner (ninth - $950).
Also having a big day on PokerStars NJ were Daniel "AvaGray" Lupo and Michael "MartinChatwn" Lavenburg by finishing in the top two spots in the Sunday High Roller [6-Max], $15,000 Gtd for $8,347 and $5,640 respectfully.
Lupo has been absolutely on fire. Last weekend, under the screenname "centrfieldr" he won the $50,000 Ultimate Warrior for $13,500. This weekend on top of shipping the second biggest tournament on PokerStars NJ, he also finished in ninth place in the PokerStars NJ Nightly Stars, $12,000 Gtd for $343 and took first place in the BorgataPoker.com/partypoker NJ Sunday Seconds $10K Gtd for $3,230.
New Jersey's "Skip_2_My_Lou" was the biggest winner over the weekend on BorgataPoker.com/partypoker NJ after he finished on top of a 197-entrant field to win the Sunday $40k Championship Bonus for a cool $8,000. Well-known players on the final table included Michael "MikeyCasino" Azzaro (3rd - $3,960), Joseph "megolaman1ac" Liberta (4th - $3,280), and Joseph "joey1way" Fortuna (9th - $1,240).
