Josh Arieh and Chris Ferguson are among the final 15 players still seeking a bracelet in the $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo Championship. Elsewhere other big names will also return Wednesday looking for big scores and bracelets in the Monster Stack, $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em Bounty and two other hold'em events that kicked off yesterday.
Event #47: $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em MONSTER STACK
From the huge 6,716-entry starting field just 20 players return for today's Day 4, the final scheduled day of the "Monster Stack." The current chip leader is Stoyan Obreshkov with 11,300,000, with Stanley Lee (8,980,000) and Joldis Cosmin (7,935,000) his nearest challengers. From Bulgaria, Obreshkov has just over $300,000 in career tournament winnings and is looking for his first WSOP bracelet.
Other notables still in contention are Scott Montgomery (7,335,000), Will "The Thrill" Failla (5,400,000), Yuliyan Kolev (4,195,000), two-time WSOP bracelet winner Brian Yoon (3,900,000), Ihar Soika (3,525,000), Maurice Hawkins (3,500,000) and Scott Baumstein (1,955,000). The winner will take home $1,094,349, among the largest first prizes being awarded all summer.

Event #50: $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em BOUNTY
After two days of bounty hunting, 29 players will return today to play down to the champion. The tournament began with 1,927 entries with the winner due $266,646 and the bracelet.
Harrison Gimbel leads those remaining with 1,085,000. Gimbel is no stranger to poker success with more than $4 million in live tournament winnings including several championships and final tables. However, he is still looking to win his first bracelet when he returns for Day 3.
Closest to Gimbel in the counts presently are Marc Foggin (982,000), Tobias Peters (963,000) and Jiri Horak (943,000). Other notables still in the field include Jake Bazeley (904,000), Tom Hall (875,000), Govert Metaal (792,000) and Mike Linster (404,000).

Event #51: $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha Hi-Lo 8 or Better Championship
Several big names remain among the 15 players still alive in the PLO Hi-Lo championship. Josh Arieh leads those remaining with a massive stack of 1,695,000, followed by Bruce Yamron (1,040,000) and Kate Hoang (991,000).
Arieh is well known to many in the poker world, having notched more than $6.8 million in tournament winnings over his career including two bracelet wins and a third-place finish in the 2004 WSOP Main Event.
Other notables remaining include five-time bracelet winner and 2000 WSOP Main Event champion Chris Ferguson, Ray Henson, Jeremy Joseph, Mark Herm and Christopher Roth. Ferguson has 11 cashes already this WSOP, though seeks his first final table of the summer. Meanwhile Henson craves the first bracelet of his career:

Event #52: $1,500 No-Limit Hold'em
Yesterday this event attracted 1,580 runners who created a prize pool of $2,133,000. From that starting field 246 return for Wednesday's Day 2, meaning they'll be just nine eliminations away from the money and at least a min-cash of $2,254. The champion walks away with the gold bracelet and first-place prize of $364,438.
Leading the field at present is Kework Besiktasliyan with 177,400 followed by Kyle Muelrath (131,500) and Parker Drew (119,300). Hailing from the Netherlands, Besiktasliyan currently has $81,277 in tournament winnings, meaning this would be the biggest win of his career by far if he can keep his run going.
Others returning for Day 2 include Denny Crum (102,000), Will Molson (96,600), Kelly Minkin (94,700), Rainer Kempe (93,600), Cary Katz (88,200), Alexandre Reard (75,500), four-time bracelet winner Jeff Madsen (55,700), five-time bracelet winner Jason Mercier (40,300) and three-time bracelet winner Barry Greenstein (19,700).

Event #53: $3,000 Limit Hold'em 6-Handed
Limit hold'em returned to the Rio All-Suite Hotel and Casino yesterday with 256 players buying into this $3K event (up 11 entries from a year ago) to build a $691,000 prize pool. Only 73 return for Wednesday's Day 2, all vying for the $172,645 first-place prize.
Leading the field is Juha Helppi (146,000), with Justin Thurlow (100,000) and David Bach (99,500) next in the counts.
Also returning for Day 2 are James Obst (78,100), Jesse Martin (78,000), Christopher Vitch (47,000), Jason Mercier (36,000), Joe McKeehen (35,000), John Racener (30,700), Benny Glaser (28,600) and Jack Duong (10,400). Vitch is fresh off his win in the $10,000 Stud Hi-Lo event in which Glaser finished runner-up.

Event #54: $10,000 Pot-Limit Omaha 8-Handed Championship
Another PLO championship gets underway today with numerous pros and big buy-in players likely to take part in this popular poker format.
Last year's event attracted an even 400 entries for a $3,760,000 prize pool, with Brandon Shack-Harris winning his second bracelet and first-place money of $894,300.

Event #55: $1,500 Seven Card Stud
Stud enthusiasts will get their shot today in this low buy-in event. A year ago it was Shaun Deeb notching his second WSOP bracelet in this one after taking home the title for $111,101. Deeb topped a 331-player field that created a total prize pool of $446,850.
Deeb has already added a runner-up finish to his poker r��sum�� this summer in the $10,000 Limit 2-7 Lowball Triple Draw Championship for $143,842. With seven cashes this summer, he is looking at add another final table and ultimately another bracelet.
