On Tuesday, the World Series of Poker Circuit stop at Planet Hollywood in Las Vegas ended with the completion of the $1,700 Main Event, a tournament that drew 518 runners and created a $784,770 prize pool.

Travis Dorsey Wins the Main Event for Ring No. 3

Texas�� Travis Dorsey closed out the tournament to capture a $168,722 top prize, his third gold ring, and a coveted seat into the 2019 Global Casino Championship.

According to updates from the event, Dorsey scored every elimination from five players on down, including that of Ryan Tosoc in heads-up play. It happened when Dorsey four-bet all in holding the A?8? and Tosoc called off with the K?J?. The board ran out 2?10?3?3?Q? and Tosoc had to settle for second place and $104,319 in prize money.

��It feels good, I get to play in the WSOP Global Poker Championship and I can also catch up on some sleep,�� Dorsey said after the win.

Both of Dorsey��s other gold ring wins came back in 2015 at the Harrah��s New Orleans stop. First, he won Event #9: $580 NLH for $35,992 and a few days later took down Event #12: $365 NLH for $18,750 and his second piece of gold.

Others to cash the WSOP Circuit Planet Hollywood Main Event were Barry Shulman (12th - $12,627), Dan O��Brien (21st - $7,181), Ankush Mandavia (34th - $3,633), Ben Keeline (52nd - $3,014), and Nick Pupillo (54th - $1,507).

Cosmin Joldis is good friends with all-time WSOPC ring leader Valentin Vornicu.

Dorsey wasn��t the only player to win his way to the 2019 Global Casino Championship. Romania��s Cosmin Joldis was the Planet Hollywood series�� Casino Champ with 95 points for reaching three final tables, including a win in Event #5: $600 No-Limit Hold��em Double Stack for $19,758 for his first gold ring.

Others to win rings at the stop were Josh Turner (Event #4: $400 NLH), who claimed his seventh piece of gold, and Kevin Gerhart (Event #6: $400 PLO), who won his first.

Likewise, on the final day of the series, 2017 Global Casino Champ Sean Yu won Event #12: $400 NLH for his fourth ring, while Dylan Wilkerson claimed the Event #14: $400 NLH One-Day title for his third.

Finally, Nirath Rean, who finished 22nd in the WSOP Main Event back in July, defeated Joseph Cheong heads up in the $2,200 High Roller to win $58,802 and deny the former November Niner back-to-back high roller titles at Planet Hollywood.

The next WSOP Circuit stop is currently underway at Harrah��s Cherokee in North Carolina. That stop��s $1,700 Main Event will get underway on Friday. See below for a look at all the ring winners from the Planet Hollywood stop.
