PartyPoker US Network Online Series Kicks Off Sunday; $300K+ in GTDs Up for Grabs
On Sunday, the PartyPoker US Network Online Series will kick off in New Jersey on Borgata Poker, Party Poker NJ, and BetMGM Poker. The week-long series, which runs from May 10-17, features 21 events ranging in buy-ins from $5 up to $400, as well as $338,000 in guaranteed prize pools.
What��s more, PokerNews will be offering daily live updates throughout the duration of the series, which will culminate with a $400 buy-in, $100K GTD Main Event at 5 p.m. ET on Sunday, May 17.
In addition to the High Main Event, there will also be a $55 buy-in, $20K GTD Low Main Event at the same time on Sunday.
The other big tournament on the schedule in the $215 buy-in Event #1: Phased $100K GTD, which is both the opener and closer. That��s because there will be a Day 1 flight every day of the series with the surviving players from each returning at 8 p.m. ET on Sunday, May 17 to play down to a winner.
Last month, the $400 buy-in 2020 Borgata Spring Poker Open Online Series $100,000 GTD Main Event saw 346 entries generate a total prize pool of $126,290, and "TheKing411" reigned supreme above all to earn a prize of $28,604.70 for their efforts.
Meanwhile, the $215 buy-in Event #1: Phased $100K GTD NLH for the Borgata��s Spring Poker Open Online Series officially crowned its champion as "cuser24" overcame a 5:1 chip disadvantage to defeat "Core4" in heads-up play to take a $23,674 first-place prize.
