The Mid-States Poker Tour (MSPT) will return to one of its top destinations September 3-5 �� the Venetian in fabulous Las Vegas, Nevada �� for a $500,000 guaranteed no-limit hold'em Main Event.

Each player will pay $1,100 to enter the two-day poker tournament, with Day 1a scheduled for 11:10 a.m. local time on September 3, and then Day 1b at the same time the following day. All players will then return to the luxurious Las Vegas Strip mega resort September 5 to play it down to a winner.

The last time we saw the MSPT at the Venetian, Argentina's Federico Roberto scooped the $1,100 buy-in Main Event for $294,327, beating out a field of 2,154 players at the same time the 2022 World Series of Poker took place.

PokerNews was at the Venetian live reporting during the massive event this past summer and will be once again come September for what figures to be another action-packed event.

The Main Event is the biggest tournament among Venetian's upcoming fall Deepstack series, which features $3.8 million in guaranteed money awarded between August 29 and October 2. Play inside the popular card room kicks off with a $400 Monster Stack No-Limit Hold'em, a $15,000 guaranteed tournament.

As for the MSPT Venetian Main Event, each player will start with a stack of 25,000 chips and play 40-minute blind levels. The winner will take home a six-figure payday along with an MSPT trophy.

Taking a Look at the 2022 MSPT Schedule

The Mid-States Poker Tour has seven scheduled Main Events around the United States, including the Las Vegas strop, before the end of the year. Up first is the Grand Falls Casino (Sioux Falls, South Dakota) $200,000 guaranteed tournament from August 19-21, and then the trip to Venetian.

Following the stop at the Venetian, the MSPT will head to San Diego, California for the United States Poker Championship at Sycuan Casino (September 15-25) with $570,000 up for grabs.

Following the conclusion of the aforementioned tournaments, the MSPT will head to Firekeepers Casino in Battle Creek, Michigan for the $1,000,000 guaranteed Michigan State Poker Championship October 13-16.

The remaining 2022 MSPT schedule includes Silverado Casino in Deadwood, South Dakota (October 21-23), Riverside Casino in Riverside, Iowa (October 27-30), and Running Aces Casino in Columbus, Minnesota (December 1-11).
