PA Poker Update: Big Events at Rivers Poker Room & Philly Live!

Pennsylvania poker players recently pushed a #GrowPAPoker campaign to urge the state to enter Multi-State Internet Gaming Agreement (MSIGA). And while those players await shared liquidity, there are several major live events taking place that they can take their shot in.
Philly Live! Poker Room is currently running the Live! Cup 3, a $600 buy-in event with six starting flights and a $1 million guarantee, while the Philadelphia Poker Championship is taking place at Rivers Casino Philadelphia complete with a $2,200 buy-in Main Event with a $200,000 guarantee.

Two Major Live Events
The Live! Cup 3, running May 15-19, is a unique event that features Day 1 flights in Philadelphia and also at Live! Casino Hotel Maryland.
The survivors from those flights will then battle it out on Day 2 at Live! Casino Hotel Maryland for a shot at the $1 million guaranteed prize pool.
Players start with 30,000 chips with blinds of 100/100/100 25-minute levels on Day 1 that increase to 40 minutes on Day 2.
Other upcoming highlights on the Philly Live! Poker Room schedule include $250 Road to Riches event with a $150,000 guarantee and a $200 bounty event with an $8,000 guarantee.
Over at Rivers Casino Philadelphia, the Philadelphia Poker Championship Main Event will run May 24-26 with two starting flights before a Day 2 that will play to a winner.
The Day 1 flights will see players starting with 40,000 chips and blinds of 100/200/200. Levels will be 40 minutes on Day 1 and will increase to 60 minutes on Day 2.
There are also several $250 buy-in satellites running throughout the month, giving players a chance to win a Main Event seat for cheap.
