Alex Manzano is a professional poker player representing Chile. Manzano won his first bracelet at the 2024 World Series of Poker at the Horseshoe and Paris Las Vegas, taking down Event #33: $600 Pot-Limit Omaha DeepStack for $161,846.
Manzano announced his arrival on the live poker circuit in style in February 2011 by coming out on top in the PokerStars LAPT Brazil Main Event for the equivalent of $368,722. His first WSOP cash followed during the same year.
At the 2013 WSOP, Manzano reached the final two tables of the $5,000 Pot-Limit Omaha 6-Handed event and collected $25,154. Manzano's next WSOP scores did not appear until 2016, a brace of cashes in $565 and $3,000 buy-in PLO tournament. Also in 2016, at the PokerStars European Poker Tour Barcelona stop, Manzano won a �10,300 Pot-Limit Omaha High Roller for �237,500 ($268,988).
Manzano played at the 2024 WSOP in Las Vegas, where he cashed in three Pot-Limit Omaha events. His fourth in-the-money finish saw him win the $600 Pot-Limit Omaha DeepStack for $161,846 and his first piece of WSOP hardware.
