Christopher Moen is an American poker player from Sioux Falls, South Dakota, best known for winning the $600 No-Limit Hold'em Deepstack event at the 2024 World Series of Poker (WSOP) for $289,323 and his first WSOP bracelet.
Moen works full-time as a charter bus driver but still finds time to play poker. Moen's poker career got off to a flying start in January 2007, when he won a $230 No-Limit Hold'em tournament in Tunica for $18,966. In August 2009, he collected a career-best $61,924 after winning a $1,620 No-Limit Hold'em event in Shakopee.
In March 2021, Moen enjoyed another five-figure prize. He finished third in the $360 Main Event of the Mid-States Poker Tour (MSPT) Regional South Dakota and won $20,705.
Moen played in Event #64: $600 No-Limit Hold'em Deepstack at the 2024 WSOP. He had taken time off work to play in some tournaments in Las Vegas, but this was the only one he played because he went all the way and became its champion. Moen collected $289,323 plus a gold WSOP bracelet.
