Veronica Brill is a Canadian poker player who resides in Northern California. She is known as the whistleblower who accused Mike Postle of cheating during Stones Live streams in September 2019.
Brill claimed that Postle somehow gained access to his opponent's hole cards during numerous live-streams over an 18-month period. She was hailed by the poker community for having the courage to come forward and out Postle.
Brill has more going for her than just being the Postle whistleblower. She's worked as a commentator on multiple poker shows, including Stones Live and Poker After Dark, along with co-hosting the Nick Vertucci Show on YouTube. Additionally, she's one of the most beloved members of poker Twitter.
As a poker player, Brill plays mostly low to mid-stakes cash games, but will take a stab at the occasional tournament. Her lifetime Hendon Mob results are just north of $26,000.
In 2021, following Postle's failed $300 million lawsuit against her and others within the poker community, she countersued for legal fees and won the case. Postle was court-ordered to pay her nearly $28,000. Her attorneys were able to put a lien on Postle's winnings in a January 2023 tournament at Beau Rivage Casino in Biloxi, Mississippi.
