Rubbathan Hits the Turn, Davidson Spikes the River

Simon Davidson raised to 5,500 under the gun and Thomas Erentz called in the hijack. Mark Rubbathan then moved all in for 47,900 in the big blind, Davidson reshoved for around 60,000, and Erentz got out of the way.

Davidson remained in the lead on the 9?10?2? flop, but Rubbathan hit the A? on the turn to make top pair. The river, though, was the 3? as Davidson improved to a flush to win the pot and send Rubbathan to the rail.
