Three Players Looking for More New Zealand Success
This time last year Pravin Harji, Miroslav Sheynin and Graeme "KiwiG" Putt were all at the Season 5 ANZPT Auckland final table.
All three of these players are currently still alive during the sixth level of Day 1b of this year's ANZPT Auckland Main Event.
Of these guys, Sheynin is doing the best and is in fact the chip leader of the entire field right now. Sheynin started the day off by winning a massive pot against two players when he rivered the nuts and since then hasn't looked back. Sheynin finished sixth in this event last year.
Harji has also had a handy day at the felt, consistently staying above 50,000 in chips. Harji was the best placed of these three mentioned players last year as he finished in third.
Putt on the other hand has struggled and currently has only 7,000 in chips. He'll need to find some help during the late stages of the day if he wants to improve on last year's eighth-place finish.
