Nguyen Eliminated, Matenga Chip Leader

In the space of a few hands, Terangi Matenga has cemented the chip lead, while Edison Nguyen was eliminated.
It all started when Marc Wittkopf opened from the cut off. Matenga called from the button as did Nguyen from the blinds.
The flop came down 
and Nguyen led out for 3,200. Both his opponents called before the 
dropped on the turn.
Nguyen checked. Wittkopf then bet out 5,000 before Matenga came over the top with a raise to 13,500. Nguyen folded his hand as Wittkopf went into the tank. A few minutes passed before Wittkopf opted to fold, open mucking 
.
A few hands later and Matenga and Nguyen exchanged raises pre flop until Nguyen was all in for around 25,000.
Matenga had pocket jacks and was up against 
. The board ran out 
and Nguyen was unable to improve and was eliminated minutes before the end of play.
Matenga raked in the pot as he moved up to 170,000 in chips.
