Brent Thomas won a monster pot just before the last break to move to 540,000 in chips, knocking former chip leader Rodney Chamma down to 120,000 in chips.

A player in middle position opened the pot with a raise to 17,000. Thomas then kicked it up to a hearty 70,000 and when the action reached Chamma in the big blind, he moved all-in over the top. The initial raiser folded, but Thomas snap-called, tabling a pocket pair of aces. Chamma then tabled his own cards -- {K-Diamonds}
