"bydad" Punches the Last Final Four Ticket

Level 3, Blinds: 350/700 (105)

"bydad" had just won a huge pot to take a big lead in their match with "HossBonaventure", and on the very next hand, the short stack would get it in with {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts}. However, "bydad" was miles ahead with {q-Clubs}{q-Diamonds}. The board ran down {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}{2-Clubs}{10-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}, and the queens held to get us to the final four.

"MalcolmR" Knocks Williams Out

Level 3, Blinds: 350/700 (105)

"MalcolmR" and Aubrey "RiverMeDaddy" Williams got into a raising war on the turn of aboard showing {k-Spades}{10-Hearts}{7-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}. Williams ended up all in with some massive draws, {q-Hearts}{8-Hearts}, while "MalcolmR" showed {k-Clubs}{10-Clubs} for two pair. The river was the {a-Diamonds}, and Williams still had just queen high, knocking her out short of the money.

Two Final Four Spots Already Locked Up

It took just two hands for "Do_psychedelics" to defeat "TheSunRunner", and while we missed the details on that hand, we did catch the one that saw "MrSchneebly" defeat "Zenyattta."

Level 2, Blinds: 300/600 (90)

"MrSchneebly" min raised, and "Zenyattta" three-bet to 5,200 and change. "MrSchneebly" called to see the flop come down {k-Diamonds}{10-Clubs}{9-Hearts}. "Zenyattta" continued for 2,900, "MrSchneebly" called, and both players checked the {6-Diamonds} turn.

The river brought the {5-Diamonds}, and "Zenyattta" bet again, 8,800. "MrSchneebly" moved all in, and "Zenyattta" called with {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}. It was no good though, as "MrSchneebly" showed {10-Diamonds}{7-Diamonds} for a rivered flush.

With that, half of the matches are already complete!

"LetMeWin3437" Doubles Back, "MalcolmR" Advances

Level 7, Blinds: 800/1600 (240)

Another series of preflop raises saw shorter stack "LetMeWin3437" get it in with {a-Hearts}{j-Spades}, and he was in great shape against the {k-Clubs}{j-Clubs} of "MrSchneebly."

Both players hit the flop of {a-Spades}{k-Hearts}{6-Spades} to keep "LetMeWin3437" in the lead, and the turn and river changed nothing.

On the other table, "MalcomR" defeated "Sleight of Mind", leaving this match as the only one left.

"MrSchneebly" Doubles Through "LetMeWin3437"

Level 5, Blinds: 500/1000 (150)

"MrSchneebly" and "LetMeWin3437" got the chips in preflop in a classic coinflip.

"LetMeWin3437" : {7-Hearts}{7-Diamonds}
"MrSchneebly": {a-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}

The flop of [Jh{10-Diamonds}{5-Spades} didn't change much, but a king on the turn and ace on the river sure did, giving "MrSchneebly" the double up.

On another table, "HossBonadventure" defeated "homely" to make it to the next round.
