It's been a frustrating time for sole remaining Canadian, Samuel Chartier. On one hand, he raised to 46,000 preflop, only to be moved in on by Fintan Gavin. "If you fold, I'm not showing," threatened Gavin. Chartier folded, and Fintan stayed true to his word and mucked.
A couple of hands later, Chartier found himself on the small blind before a flop. Chartier led out for 23,000, but Mikael Lundell bumped it up to 60,000. After a minor pause, Chartier made the fold once again. Lundell showed a black king.
