Akkari Down and Up

If our Portuguese is sharp, Andre Akkari lost a huge pot recently when his pocket eights were toppled by an opponent's pocket threes.
The Team PokerStars Pro has rebounded very quickly, though. In the last hand, Akkari opened to 11,000 from the button, and he and small blind Toni Pettersson went to battle. Akkari ended up putting his last ~120,000 into the pot, and he rolled over 
. Pettersson and his 
needed to improve in a hurry to earn the knockout, but the 
board ensured Mr. Akkari will be sticking around for a bit longer. He's back up to 250,000 now.
