Jeff Sarwer is up to 38,000 after a fortunate river card came to his rescue.
The action was three-way to the turn where the board read 
. Sarwer led for 2,200 from the small blind and was called by the big blind. The third player folded.
The river came 
and Sarwer's 5,000 bet was called. He tabled 
for a straight and the big blind seemed frustrated and threw his cards into the muck. "Turned my hand into a bluff on the turn but got there on the river," commented the Canadian.
