Vamplew Loses Some Early Ground
David Vamplew is seated over on Table 26 and it has not been too favourable for the Scotsman so far today as he currently finds himself with 7,500 less than what he started the day with.
From the cutoff Vamplew made it 300 to play and his only customer was Johnny Jensen on the button. A flop reading saw Vamplew make a continuation bet of 400 only to see Jensen raise the action to 1,025. Vamplew remained stoic throughout, only moving to pick up two red 1,000 chips and placing them on top of his original bet. Jensen made the call in a shower of red and green chips and it was off the the turn.
Vamplew glanced at his opponent and then tapped the table and checked. Jensen instantaneously checked behind and the dealer put out the on the river. Vamplew checked again and as he had done on the turn Jensen checked behind.

Jensen scoops the pot, having made a move then a call on the flop with his weak flush draw.
