Keys Tries To Bankrupt Greece
James Keys had a poor start in this tournament when he ran his set into a higher set, but that has not put off the Englishman; not in the slightest.
Just now he was in the big blind facing an opening raise from the late-positioned Stavros Kalfas of Greece, a raise Keys three-bet. Kaflas called and it was heads-up to the flop.
Keys lead out with a 1,200 bet and Kaflas quickly called. The turn saw Keys fired again. This time he upped the ante slightly to 1,900 and after asking for a count of Keys' stack (11,100) Kaflas called.
The river saw another jack make an appearance, Keys betting 4,400 when the came into play. Kaflas had seen enough and was not prepared to call the third barrel and he sent his cards back to the dealer.
Keys' stack rebuilding mission continues.
