Hands #4-7: Top Two for Johnson

Level 19 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante

Hand #4: Charlie Carrel made it 150,000 from the button with ace-jack and Chance Kornuth bumped it to 250,000 from the big blind with ace-five.

Carrel four-bet shoved and Kornuth folded.

Hand #5: Charlie Carrel made it 150,000 from the cutoff with the {a-Diamonds}{9-Spades} and picked up the blinds and antes.

Hand #6: Anton Bertilsson made it 150,000 with big slick and picked up the blinds and antes.

Hand #7: Keith Johnson completed from the small blind and Mustapha Kanit checked his option in the big. The flop fell {9-Spades}{8-Spades}{10-Spades}.

Johnson checked and Kanit bet 75,000. Johnson called and the turn brought the {4-Clubs}. Johnson checked again and Kanit bet.

Johnson called again and the river was the {7-Clubs}. Both players checked and Johnson showed the {10-Clubs}{9-Clubs} to take it down.

Nick Petrangelo Eliminated in 7th Place (84,040)

Level 19 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante
Nick Petrangelo
Nick Petrangelo

Hand #3: In the small blind Nick Petrangelo found {A-Diamonds}{J-Hearts} and he shoved all in and he jammed all in for 480,000.

In the big blind, Jeff Rossiter called with {Q-Hearts}{8-Spades}, leaving himself with 610,000 if he would lose.

"What do you think bro? You think I got it?" Petrangelo asked Mustapha Kanit.

The flop came {7-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}{K-Clubs} and Rossiter took the lead.

"No man, I didn't feel it" Kanit now answered.

The {6-Diamonds} on the turn was a blank and Petrangelo really needed help now. He got none of it with the {6-Hearts} and Nick Petrangelo made his exit in 7th place, netting him 84,040. The remaining 6 players are guaranteed 106,330.

Ivan Luca Eliminated in 8th Place (65,170)

Level 19 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante
Ivan Luca
Ivan Luca

Hand #2: Chance Kornuth shoved under the gun plus one for 1.29 million and Ivan Luca called off his last 100,000 on the button with the {j-Hearts}{5-Spades}.

Kornuth had the {a-Hearts}{k-Diamonds} and the {2-Diamonds}{3-Diamonds}{10-Spades}{4-Spades}{10-Hearts} board was the last one Luca saw in this event as Kornuth's ace-high held to eliminate him in eighth.

Hand #1: Keith Johnson Doubles Up

Level 19 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante
Keith Johnson
Keith Johnson

Hand #1: Action folded to Keith Johnson in the cutoff and he open shoved all in for 1,145,000.

On the button Mustapha Kanit folded but Ivan Luca in the small blind didn't hesitate and shoved all in as well. The big blind folded and the first hand of the day was an all in.

Keith Johnson: {A-Clubs}{J-Spades}
Ivan Luca: {J-Diamonds}{J-Clubs}

Luca was in good shape to almost double up and knock out Keith Johnson, but it would all turn out differently.

The {6-Diamonds}{A-Spades}{3-Diamonds} flop favored Johnson and after the {10-Spades} hit the turn, Luca had just a single out left. The {6-Hearts} on the river was a blank and Luca was knocked down to just 110,000, while Johnson doubled to 2,430,000.

The final table of the 2016 PokerStars EPT Season 12 Dublin 25,750 High Roller is set to start at 12:30 pm local time (in about 90 minutes). The final table will be live streamed on an hour delay with hole cards up. PokerNews' coverage will be free of spoilers and follow along with the live stream, starting at 13:30 local time (in about 2.5 hours).

Eight players will take the stage, with the chip lead in the hands of Italian wunderkind Mustapha Kanit. A big clash with queens against the eights of Anton Bertilsson on Day 2 resulted in a big stack for Kanit, while Bertilsson was left extremely short. The Swedish live qualifier battled himself back though, bagging the second biggest chip stack at the end of the day.

Worth noting is that this is Chance Kornuth's third $25,000 high roller final table of the year. He made the final table on three different continents; he finished 7th at the high roller in the PCA ($192,780), he won the A$25,000 Challenge at the Aussie Millions (A$790,560/$547,874), and now he's here on European soil to go two for three.

There's 55 minutes left on the level (level 19: 30,000/60,000 with a 10,000 ante). Here's the final table in seat order:
