Second Barrel Wins it for Neuville

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante
Pierre Neuville
Pierre Neuville

Pierre Neuville made it 175,000 to go fro the button and Jedlicka agreed with that price. Both players checked the {10-Spades}{2-Spades}{J-Diamonds} flop, before Neuville went for the delayed continuation-bet on the {9-Diamonds} turn. Jedlicka called.

River was the {A-Diamonds}, and when checked to a third time, Neuville cut out 600,000 of his stack and put them over the line. That was too steep of a price for Jedlicka, and his hand hit the muck.

The stacks are now pretty much back to where the heads up battle started 2,5 hours ago.

Some Action

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Stefan Jedlicka continued his limping and Pierre Neuville twice then raised without getting looked up.

Then, Neuville limped and Jedlicka checked his option. On the {8-Hearts}{7-Clubs}{2-Hearts} flop, Jedlicka check-called a bet of 175,000 and the {9-Hearts} on the turn was checked by both. After the {A-Spades} on the river, Jedlicka bet 500,000 and Neuville folded.

One hand later, Jedlicka limped in, Neuville raised to 255,000 and Jedlicka called. On the {9-Clubs}{8-Clubs}{5-Spades} flop, Neuville bet 300,000 right away and Jedlicka folded.

Both stacks are now almost even.

Jedlicka Wins One at Showdown

Level 27 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

225,000 was the price from Pierre Neuville preflop, and Jedlicka called it off in the big blind.

On a flop of {K-Clubs}{7-Hearts}{8-Hearts} Jedlicka check-called 260,000, before the turn {A-Hearts} and the river {2-Diamonds} was checked through.

Jedlicka turned over {K-Diamonds}{J-Clubs} for second pair and Neuville silently mucked.

The very next hand Neuville did get some back when he bet a board of {8-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{A-Clubs} in a single-raised pot. Jedlicka let it go, and Neuville dragged the pot.
