"Congratulations," said tablemate Stefan Huber as Van Putten sat down.
"Thanks," replied Van Putten, before noticing Huber's stack. "I see you have all the chips!"
"They were gifts," said Huber. "Well, two gifts actually. One from the dealer and one from a player. I got Ace-king in against ace-queen. Flop queen-ten...river jack!"
