Yong Eventually Gets It All In

The action was on Richard Yong who was in the middle of a phone call. He slid in his stack of T1,000 chips followed by his T5,000 chips. Because it was not all in one motion, Yong was only allowed to raise to 12,000.
"I can't go all in," he said. Yong was then warned to get off his phone as well.
Charlie Carrel was seated on Yong's left and moved all in which forced the rest of the table to fold. With the action back on Yong, he turned over 
. "I can't fold," he said as he put the rest of his chips in the middle.
Carrel was in trouble with 
and would find no help on the
