Dimitar Danchev bagged the chip lead on Day 2 after going on a run in the final stages of the evening. He is followed closely by Bruno Lopes in second and Gianluca Speranza in third. Other returning players include Joao Vieira, Jean-Noel Thorel, and Manig Loeser. Danchev, normally an online crusher, will return today in pursuit of his second EPT title.
Day 2 began with 69 entries and the 13 returnees will take at least �70,000. Day 3 will kick off at 12:30 p.m. local time in Level 21 with blinds at 8,000/16,000 and a 16,000 ante. Blinds will go up every 60 minutes.
