Vavilonskii Makes a "Big Laydown"

Andrei Vavilonskii raised to 350,000 from early position and Eduard Norel called in the small blind.
The flop came 6?6?Q? and Vavilonskii continued for 300,000. Norel called and both players checked the 7? turn.
Norel led out for 1,100,000 on the 7? river and sent Vavilonskii into the tank for around two minutes. "Big laydown," he said as he eventually tossed his cards away.
"Big, big?" Norel asked.
"Not so big, but quite big," Vavilonskii replied.
"I make a big bet. You make a big laydown," Norel added.
