Great Flop for Moallem; Alfaro Gets Away
Francesco La Scala opened to 5,500 in the cutoff, and both Jose Alfaro and Daniel Moallem came along in the blinds.
When the K?7?6? flop hit the felt, the action checked to La Scala who continued for 6,000. Alfaro check-raised to 16,000 and Moallem was looking to do the same as he put in another raise to 45,000. La Scala tanked for about three minutes before the clock was called by a tablemate and he slapped in his 41,000. Alfaro sigh-folded as he tossed his KxQx face up and both players tabled their hands.
