Nils Veipans raised to 13,000 under the gun as action folded to Vladyslav Sidikhin on the button. "Twenty million," he said as he moved all in for 20,000. Jose Peris Ania called in the big blind.

"Is that in Euros," Veipans joked with Sidikhin as he also called.

"Just chips," Sidikhin replied.

The flop came K?3?2? and Veipans bet 15,000. Ania called and the 6? fell on the turn. Veipans then bet 23,000 and Ania again called.

The river was the J? and Veipans bet another 33,000. Ania folded this time.

"You win," Sidikhin said, showing A?4? for ace-high. Veipans slammed down Q?6? for a pair of sixes as he scooped the entire pot.

The 20th-anniversary celebration of the PokerStars European Poker Tour promised to bring massive fields to Barcelona, and the opening PokerStars Estrellas Poker Tour (ESPT) Main Event lived up to the billing.

A total of 7,138 entries packed the Casino Barcelona over the course of eight starting flights, just falling short of last year’s record total but still the second-biggest field in PokerStars live event history. Just 1,066 return for Day 2 at 11 a.m. local time today, with all remaining players in the money and guaranteed a portion of the €6,852,480 prize pool.

Andrew Chen is the only player who crossed the million-chip milestone on the opening day, taking 1,077,000 in Day 2. PokerStars Team Pro Alejandro Lococo is right behind him with 896,000 and in second place. Other top stacks include EPT Paris finalist Ami Barer (494,000), Marle Spragg (488,000), Noah Boeken (470,000), Ren Lin (460,000), and Jesse Lonis (434,000).
