Boatman proceeded to check-call Rantala down on every street. First for 36,000 on the 8?8?7? flop, then for 63,000 on the 4? turn, and finally for 100,000 on the 5? river. Rantala could only show K?J? and Boatman turned over 6?6? for a straight and was sent the pot.
"The river made it easier, but I had already decided [to call]," Boatman said.
