Just after the level up, a short-stacked Dan Smith doubled back to his starting stack. Smith called a late-position raise in the big blind.

Turn came {3-Hearts}

, Smith checked, opponent moved all in and Smith called.

Smith shows {A-Hearts}

for top pair.

Opponent shows {Q-Hearts}

for the up and down and misses on the river.

An interesting table sees Jani Sointula, Barny Boatman, Devilfish and Michael Greco battling it out. I can't see Vicky Coren anywhere so we might have lost last year's winner. I will try to get confirmation.
