Hands #94-97: Pauli Pushes Out Cody

Level 29 : 40,000/80,000, 10,000 ante

Hand #94: Jake Cody was in the cutoff with {2-Clubs}{2-Diamonds}. He raised to 160,000. Artur Koren called from the small blind with {Q-Spades}{J-Diamonds} and Kevin Killeen came along as well with {9-Clubs}{8-Diamonds} from the big blind.

The flop came down {A-Clubs}{8-Spades}{3-Diamonds} and action checked back to Cody. He continued for 240,000 and both of his opponents folded.

Hand #95: Koren had the button. He looked down at {8-Clubs}{7-Clubs} and opted to limp. Killeen saw {A-Hearts}{Q-Clubs} in the small blind and he cut out a raise to 285,000. Koren called to see a flop.

The dealer fanned {5-Diamonds}{10-Hearts}{9-Spades} and Killeen checked. Koren moved out 200,000 and that was enough to take the pot.

Hand #96: Koren had {K-Spades}{K-Clubs} in the cutoff and made it 160,000 to go. This raise was enough to win the blinds and antes.

Hand #97: Sebastian Pauli had {8-Spades}{6-Spades} on the button and made it 160,000 to go. Cody defended his big blind with {A-Clubs}{J-Hearts} and the two saw a flop of {10-Spades}{4-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}. Cody check-called a bet of 170,000 and the {Q-Diamonds} hit the felt on fourth street.

Cody checked for a second time, prompting Pauli to keep up his aggression with 275,000. Cody let it go and Pauli won the pot.
