Glaser won the heads-up battle against Roberto Romanello in just one hand, a simple shove and call situation in which Glaser came out on top. Romanello had to settle for second place and 76,055.
Waheed Ashraf, who held a steady chip lead for much of the latter stages of the event, finished third for 49,795. Michael Wilklow came fourth and Arto Mansner finished in fifth place.

The Fall and Rise of Glaser
Glaser hit a straight early on in the day to double up through Ian Drake and bring his stack to around average. Players were busting left, right and centre at this point as Glaser continued his ascent.
It was quite possible that Glaser could have busted before the money. He got it in behind and paired up on the river to double up and survive, moments before Toby Joyce crashed out on the bubble.
Glaser then doubled up again before losing a huge pot to Arto Mansner that could once again have been the beginning of the end for him.
However, once Glaser made the final table it was all uphill for him. He hit a flush against Mansner to double up, the first time he looked to be in serious contention for the title.
Glaser then eliminated Michael Wilklow in fourth place and Waheed Ashraf in third place, both times holding pocket aces. With that, play went heads-up between Glaser and Romanello.
Heads-up Over in One Hand
Glaser went into the battle with a significant chip lead and Romanello had around 20 big blinds. Still, nobody in the room expected what was to come next.
