Winner to be Crowned in the 2024 Jin Bei Cup $50,000 Short Deck Main Event
The final day of the inaugural 2024 Jin Bei Cup series at the lavish five-star Jin Bei Palace Hotel in Sihanoukville has arrived. It will be the thrilling conclusion for one of the largest high-stakes short deck tournaments thus far and the $5,000,000 guarantee in the $50,000 Short Deck Main Event has been virtually reached thanks to 96 entries on Day 1.
However, with the late registration and add-on option still available prior to the start of Day 2 at 2 p.m. local time, the overall tally will grow further and that will also have an influence on the pre-determined payouts of the top three spots as well. The fireworks on yesterday's Day 1 never really stopped and the field was whittled down to just 23 survivors, all hailing from China.
Leading the way for the final day is Da Seng Sun with 3,900,000, thirteen times the total starting stack after a roller coaster ride in the final stages. He is followed by Kobe, who finished with 3,175,000 and there is already a gap to Quan Zhou in third place, who bagged up 2,180,000. He is fifth on the China's all-time money list with nearly $8.8 million in cashes and may add another big payday to his resume today.

So far, at least 12 spots will be paid as confirmed by the organisers prior to the tournament with the biggest slice reserved for the top three finishers. Based on the guarantee of $5,000,000, the podium spots will come with these huge prizes:
