Before the flop, Jonathan Markovits and Vincenzo Giannelli mixed it up in a preflop raising war that left the latter all in for just less than 400,000 as he was barely covered by his opponent. The news was good for Giannelli, though; his 
had Markovits' 
dominated.
Things went south in a hurry for the Tortuga, though. A nine flopped and another nine rivered, and the
