It was heads up to a flop of 
and Simperl check-called a 16,000 bet from Breviglieri before checking in the dark.
The turn card was the 
and Breviglieri increased the bet to 35,000.
Simperl went to call then changed his mind. He looked back at his cards and picked one up as if to show but reconsidered that and just mucked his hand with a tinge of frustration and addressed Breviglieri:

Not a flicker of a reaction though from Breviglieri though as she stacked his chips.
