Welcome to Day 2 of the 2017 partypoker LIVE German Poker Championship Main Event
At 3 p.m. local time, all survivors of the three starting days of the 2017 partypoker LIVE German Poker Championship will unite in Europe's biggest poker arena, the King's Casino in Rozvadov. Players could qualify via one of the live Phase 1s and Day 1s or earn their entry in the partypoker online satellites, and the registration as well as re-entry period will remain available during the first four levels and following dinner until approximately 8.15 p.m. local time.
A single re-entry per direct buy-in for �2,200 is available until then to take a shot at the juicy prize pool. When the registration closes, the full prize pool information will be released and at least �1,000,000 in guaranteed prizes await those in contention. Day 2 will play eight levels of 60 minutes each and bag up after midnight.

As part of the button ante format, with seven to nine players per table the player on the button has to post a full big blint as ante and for two to six players per table, it is the small blind only.
Leading the field thus far after Day 1a and Day 1b in Europe's biggest poker arena is Viktor Langlitz with a massive stack of 8,058,000, while partypoker sponsored pro and �5,300 High Roller champion Anatoly Filatov follows with 5,500,000. Other big stacks heading into Day 2 include Sonay Kehya (4,667,000), Slovakia's Miroslav Lelek (3,703,000), Jan Mach (3,666,000), Day 1a chip leader Friedrich Raz (3,180,000), Kacper Pyzara (2,977,000), Jesper Hansen (2,913,000), Marek Blasko (2,899,000), and Ondrej Mar (2,858,000), partypoker ambassador Boris Becker (2,839,000), Martin Staszko (2,658,000) and Petr Targa (2,381,000).
Among those to qualify online on partypoker for Day 2 were Philipp Gruissem (2,790,000), Patrick Wiper (2,377,000) and partypoker sponsored pro Jan-Peter Jachtmann (1,902,000).
