Emma Fullarton Eliminated in 11th Place (9,000)

Emma Fullarton has departed in 11th place after four-bet shoving on Tomas Fara.

The action began with Fullarton opening to 1.3m at blinds of 300k-600k before being three-bet by Fara, who made it 2.7m. Fullarton responded to the re-raise by sliding the rest of her chips into the middle totalling 9 million, with Fara snap calling.

Both players had pairs but it was Fara who held the commanding lead with his {Q-Diamonds}{Q-Spades}, way in front versus the {J-Spades}{J-Diamonds} of Fullerton.

The flop of {8-Clubs}{8-Hearts}{3-Hearts} kept Fara in front, with it staying that way as the {9-Diamonds} and {A-Hearts} fell to complete the board.

Side Event Update

Level 36 : 300,000/600,000, 50,000 ante

With just 30 players remaining from the 478 entries in the 100+15 entry Side Event, there's a little overlay (2,200) in the 50,000 guaranteed prize pool.

Of the remaining players, battle-hardened poker pros are joined by regulars from Dusk Till Dawn and recreational players who saw the incredible value of a two-day event where 115 can win you thousands.

With the average stack at 796,000 (33 big blinds), Leon Campbell has a whopping 2.8 million after rivering Broadway and getting maximum value from an opponent when Campbell himself held {J-Hearts}{10-Clubs} on a board where a king and queen landed on the flop and an ace spiked the river.

Elsewhere, Chaz Chattha has 580,000, while Nim Rattan (1,040,000) and Zhongming Liao (1,720,000) are in strong positions with everyone now in the money and chasing the win.

Whyte Whacks Winsor

Level 36 : 300,000/600,000, 50,000 ante

After decimating Ben Winsor's stack the hand before, Timothy Rowland was out for the rest, raising to 1,300,000 from mid position. Winsor put his last 700,000 in from the cutoff, with Jamie Whyte coming along for the ride from the big blind.

Rowland and Whyte both checked an {a-Hearts}{3-Clubs}{9-Hearts} flop, and the {5-Diamonds} turn, with Whyte taking a 1,500,000 stab on the river when the {5-Clubs} paired the board.

Whyte tabled {6-Diamonds}{5-Hearts} for rivered trips to take down the pot. As per the rules at Dusk Till Dawn, all players must showdown in an all-in, so it soon became apparent that Whyte had rivered both Rowland's {10-Hearts}{10-Spades} as well as Winsor's {a-Clubs}{10-Clubs}.

Button on Blind Clash

Level 35 : 250,000/500,000, 50,000 ante

Andrei Frujina and Jamie Whyte clashed when Frujinas button raise to 1.2m was met with resistance from Whyte, who defended his big blind, allowing the pair to see a flop reading {Q-Clubs}{10-Spades}{4-Hearts}.

Frujina continued the aggression, this time betting 825k, but it would be him doing the thinking after Whyte moved all in for his last 8 million chips.

After much deliberation Frujina made the call with his {A-Diamonds}{K-Spades}, but would need help to overcome the flopped two pair of Whyte, who held {Q-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}.

The {7-Clubs} turn left Frujina with only a gut-shot but the {9-Spades} would secure the pot for Whyte, putting the two players on very similar stacks of around 22m.

Two Golden Chip Holders

Level 35 : 250,000/500,000, 50,000 ante
Who doesn't dream of a $10,000 Caribbean Poker Party package just for reaching a final table?
Who doesn't dream of a $10,000 Caribbean Poker Party package just for reaching a final table?

We only have two golden chip holders left i the Grand Prix UK Main Event, in the shape of Richard King and Robero Gordonas. Both men have been reseated at the same table (the feature table) with 16 players left. Not just that - they're sat right next to each other, with Gordonas holding position over the biggest chip stack in King.

"I've had a great day so far," King told us. "I've won almost all the all-ins I've been involved, which is good. That's what you need at this stage."

If either man (or both) make the final table, they'll win a $10,000 Caribbean Poker Party package...and that can be one of the most lucrative prizes partypoker give away! The final table is eight-handed, so they just have to make that final eight to get on the plane to Punta Cana!

Paul Allen eliminated in in 19th Place (5,500)

Level 35 : 250,000/500,000, 50,000 ante
Paul Allen - Gone but not forgotten after winning Best Fancy Dressed Player at the party last night!
Paul Allen - Gone but not forgotten after winning Best Fancy Dressed Player at the party last night!

Paul Allen has exited in 19th place after clashing with similar stack Gary Langley.

The pair both started the hand around the 4 million mark but it was Allen who had the slight chip edge.

His {A-Hearts}{K-Hearts} needed to hit against the {9-Spades}{9-Clubs} of Langley, and still needed help after seeing the {3-Hearts}{4-Clubs}{6-Diamonds} flop.

The {10-Clubs} turn would bring no back door draws so when the river bricked in the form of the {8-Hearts}.

Allen would get his one big blind in the very next hand holding {8-Clubs}{5-Clubs} but would fail to overcome the {A-Diamonds}{J-Diamonds} of Peter Craw, who flopped a jack and held.
