Mark Kelsall raised the button and called the three-bet of Luke Spalding in the small blind for 460,000. The flop came 
and Spalding continued for 490,000 in order to pick up a call by Kelsall. On the 
turn, Spalding checked and Kelsall's bet of 750,000 forced a fold.
