On Tuesday night, Frank "FrankyFunk" Funaro topped a field of 44 entries to win the partypoker US Network Online Series Event #3: $15,000 GTD PKO for $2,650 plus $1,981.25 in bounties. He did so by besting New Jersey regular Angel "chromeking" Lopez in heads-up play.
For Funaro, it was another good online score this summer. Last month, he nearly captured a World Series of Poker when he finished runner-up to 2015 WSOP Main Event champ Joe McKeehen in the 2020 WSOP Event #14: $3,200 High Roller for $219,089.

Others to claim some bounties but fail to make the money were Eric ��alwaysliquid�� Vanauken ($300), Brian ��TopCreature�� Sherrier ($275), Ryan ��Whosyourdoddy�� Dodd, Daniel ��leinad�� Buzgon ($100), and Michael ��miw210x�� Wang ($75).
On Wednesday, two more tournaments will play out starting with the $10 buy-in Event #4: $2,500 GTD NLH at 6:30 p.m. EDT followed by the $215 buy-in Event #5: $15K GTD NLH an hour after that. PokerNews will offer live updates from the latter tournament. Additionally, there will be another $25 buy-in flight for the Phased $50K Main Event at 8 p.m. EDT.
In the final hand of the tournament, which took place in Level 21 (7,000/14,000/2,000), Frank "FrankyFunk" Funaro checked the flop and Angel "chromeking" Lopez put out a pot-sized bet. Funaro responded by check-jamming all in and Lopez called.

Lopez got it in good with top pair but he fell behind when the turn delivered Funaro trip fives. The river failed to help Lopez and he had to settle for second place.

In Level 18 (4,000/8,000/1,000), a big pot took place between Jonathan "jetsfan411" Borenstein and Frank "FrankyFunk" Funaro. It appeared the chips went in on the flop and the following hands had been tabled.

Both players had paired their ace, but Borenstein's kicker was best. Still, Funaro had a flush draw and promptly hit it on the turn.

In Level 17 (3,500/7,000/875), Jonathan "jetsfan411" Borenstein limped the small blind and "Jmhusc1" checked their option to see a flop.
Both players checked, the appeared on the turn, and Borenstein led out with a bet of around 9,000. "Jmhusc1" then moved all in for roughly 100K and Borenstein called.
