In Level 6 with blinds of 500/1,000 and an ante of 125, all of the chips got in the middle on a flop of {k-Hearts}{7-Spades}{9-Spades} between "warmapplepyz" in the cutoff and Ted "roystalin" Ely, who was on the button.

"warmapplepyz": {k-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds}
Ted "roystalin" Ely: {a-Hearts}{a-Clubs}

"warmapplepyz" was in trouble with their top pair and their situation got worse on the turn {9-Hearts}, being left with two outs after their five was rendered useless with the board pairing on the turn.
