Hands #23-28: Pocket Rockets vs. Royal Flush Draw

Level 19 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante

Hand #23: Bryn Kenney raised to 135,000 from the cutoff with the {q-Spades}{j-Spades} and took down the pot.

Hand #24: Mustapha Kanit raised to 125,000 under the gun with the {3-Hearts}{3-Clubs} and Ankush Mandavia defended the big blind with the {10-Hearts}{8-Spades}. The {a-Hearts}{8-Clubs}{k-Spades} flop saw Mandavia check-fold to a bet of 125,000 and Kanit was pushed the pot.

Hand #25: Kanit received a walk in the big blind.

Hand #26: Isaac Haxton raised to 120,000 under the gun with the {a-Diamonds}{q-Hearts} and Bryn Kenney defended the big blind with the {8-Hearts}{6-Hearts}. The {8-Spades}{a-Spades}{7-Clubs} flop paired both players, and Kenney checked middle pair to Haxton, who bet 225,000 with top pair.

Kenney called and then checked the {10-Diamonds} turn. Haxton coyly checked behind, the {3-Clubs} completed the board on the river, and Kenney checked for a third time. Haxton thought for a bit before betting a hefty 550,000, and Kenney pondered the decision before sliding his cards to the muck.

Hand #27: Action folded to Kanit on the button and he raised to 125,000 with the granddaddy of all hands, the {a-Hearts}{a-Diamonds}. Haxton opted to call out of the big blind with the {j-Clubs}{8-Diamonds}, the flop came down {a-Clubs}{q-Clubs}{10-Clubs}, and Haxton checked his Royal Flush draw.

Kanit bet another 125,000 with top set, Haxton called, and the dealer burned and turned the {7-Clubs}. Haxton checked his flush, and Kanit wisely checked behind to try to pair the board on the river, which he did when the {Q-Hearts} peeled off.

Haxton paused for a few beats before sliding out 450,000, and Kanit hit the tank before moving all in for 1.405 million. Haxton asked for a count as he debated what to do with the second-nut flush on a paired board. Eventually he made the correct decision and laid down his hand.

Hand #28: Joe McKeehen looked at {A-Spades}{8-Spades} under the gun and he raised to 120,000. All McKeehen's opponents folded, except for David Peters in the big blind. Peters called with {10-Spades}{9-Clubs} and the flop brought out {K-Diamonds}{8-Clubs}{5-Spades} on which he checked. Peters folded after McKeehen bet 90,000 and he picked up the pot.

Hand #22: Bryn Kenney raised with {K-Diamonds}{Q-Diamonds} from the button to 135,000 and Isaac Haxton looked down at {A-Diamonds}{10-Spades} in the small blind. Haxton folded his cards after a while before David Peters called with {8-Hearts}{5-Hearts} from the big blind.

Hands #13-17: Kenney's Kings Win Nice Pot

Level 19 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante

Hand #13: Ankush Mandavia limped the small blind with the {10-Spades}{5-Spades} and Mustapha Kanit checked his option in the big with the {7-Diamonds}{2-Spades}. The {k-Diamonds}{k-Hearts}{4-Hearts} flop saw Mandavia lead out for 80,000 and Mustapha released.

Hand #14: David Peters raised to 130,000 in early position holding the {6-Spades}{6-Clubs} and Bryn Kenney defended the big blind with the {k-Clubs}{q-Spades}, which brought about a {4-Spades}{k-Diamonds}{5-Diamonds} flop. Kenney checked top pair, Peters continued for 140,000, and Kenney called to see the {a-Hearts} turn. Both players checked, the {10-Clubs} completed the board on the river, and action repeated itself. Kenney's kings were best and he took down the 630,000 pot.

Hand #15: Kanit raised to 125,000 from the button with the {9-Hearts}{8-Spades} and took down the blinds.

Hand #16: Kanit raised to 125,000 from the cutoff, David Peters called from the big blind with the {k-Clubs}{5-Spades}, and the flop came down {7-Hearts}{3-Spades}{j-Hearts}. Peters checked, Kanit continued for 125,000, and Peters folded.

Hand #17: Peters limped the small blind with the {j-Hearts}{5-Clubs} and Joe McKeehen checked his option with the {j-Clubs}{7-Spades}. The {2-Hearts}{8-Hearts}{10-Spades} flop saw Peters bet 80,000, McKeehen raised to 190,000, and Peters folded.

Level 19 : 30,000/60,000, 10,000 ante
Isaac Haxton
Isaac Haxton

Hand #10: The action folded to Mustapha Kanit in the cutoff and he raised to 125,000 with {A-Clubs}{5-Spades}. Isaac Haxton looked down at {Q-Hearts}{J-Hearts} in the small blind and he moved all in. Haxton had Kanit covered by about 400,000, and after a few seconds the Italian pro folded.

Hand #11: Mustapha Kanit raised under the gun plus one with {A-Hearts}{A-Clubs} to 125,000 and the action quickly folded around.

Hand #12: Isaac Haxton woke up with {A-Spades}{K-Hearts} in the cutoff and he raised to 120,000. David Peters found {A-Hearts}{9-Clubs} on the button and he made the call, after which Ankush Mandavia called with {A-Clubs}{4-Spades} in the big blind.

The flop came down {A-Diamonds}{Q-Clubs}{9-Spades} and Mandavia checked to Haxton, who opted to check with his top pair top kicker. Peters had flopped two pair and he bet 180,000, into Mandavia who held the worst ace of the three players involved. Mandavia called and Haxton just called as well.

On the turn the {5-Spades} hit and both Mandavia and Haxton checked to Peters again who bet 425,000. Mandavia quickly folded his top pair, and Haxton went into the tank.

After a while Haxton called, and on the river the {Q-Hearts} hit. Haxton checked again, and Peters opted to check behind. Haxton showed his {A-Spades}{K-Hearts}, and he took down the pot while Peters showed a look of defeat as he mucked his cards.
