Three-Way Controversy

An ace on the flop, and the pot belonged to Kainz; the unknown opponent was eliminated, and Petleshkov doesn't have much left.
Most intriguingly, though, the entire hand was nearly declared a misdeal. It turns out that the big blind, at that point on seat two, had been eliminated in the previous hand, and rather than have a dead small blind, the TD had moved the big blind back to seat one for the hand in question. Mark Vos apparently has bet the TD �100 that that was the wrong decision...
