Carl Booth is not afraid to get involved
Carl Booth is not afraid to get involved
Three players took a {k-Diamonds}{4-Diamonds}{9-Clubs} flop for 60,000 chips each.

On the flop Joe Cabret and Lawrence Gibson checked to Carl Booth. Booth bet 180,000 and Cabret raised him to 450,000. Gibson got out of the way and Booth moved all in for 381,000 more. Cabret made the call leaving about 200,000 chips behind.

The crowd at the rail, who were keenly anticipating the massive pot, were disappointed as Cabret tabled {K-Spades}{q-Spades} and Booth {k-Hearts}{q-Hearts} for a chopped pot.

The dealer burned and turned the irrelevant turn and river and split the pot.

Booth had a warning for Cabret after the hand, I promise if you push me, Ill push back said Booth.

Cabret wasnt bothered. Sounds good to me, he said in a relaxed tone.

Con Tsapkounis Takes The First Flop

Preflop, action folded to Carl Booth in the small blind who limped in. Con Tsapkounis checked his option in the big blind and they took a {k-Hearts}{9-Diamonds}{3-Hearts} flop.

On the flop Booth led 25,000 with Tsapkounis pumping it to 65,000. Booth made the call and they took a {2-Clubs} turn. Both players checked the turn and moved to the river {2-Spades}.

On the river Booth checked-called an 80,000 chip bet from Tsapkounis.

Tsapkounis rolled over {k-Diamonds}{6-Clubs} to scoop the pot with two pair, while Booth flashed the {9-Clubs} and mucked.

Sam Khouiss is copping a bit of attenion from his opponents at the moment
Sam Khouiss has open-raised twice and both times an opponent has raced in to pick him off with a three-bet.

The first time Sam Khouiss opened to 75,000 under the gun with Angelo Prifti popping him to 274,000. Khouiss folded.

A few hands later he opened to 80,000 from the button and German Marchese made it 412,000 to go.

Khouiss open mucked {5-Clubs}{5-Diamonds}. "I've been raised twice already," he lamented.
