Day 1 Completed
Event #38: $250 NLHE [8-Max, Progressive KO, Thursday Thrill SE], $30K GTD closed out the final Thursday event of the of the 2020 NJCOOP drawing 128 entries (92 players and 32 re-entries), resulting in the advertised $30,000 prize pool that was paid out to the top 17 players.
The tournament started with 22 players registered from the start though, that number tripled halfway through the three hour late registration period, and it continued to climb steadily until its final resting point at 128.
When registration closed, 48 players remained but due to a bug in the client, the majority of the players were blinded out until 19 players remained. Because of the error, PokerStars has announced that they will be issuing refunds to those affected.
