The New Jersey Championship of Online Poker (NJCOOP) runs another big Sunday event for New Jersey grinders this evening, as NJCOOP Event #34: $300 NLHE (Sunday Special, Championship Trophy Event) $50k Gtd is set to begin at 5:00 p.m. EST.
Players will start with 100,000 chips in tonight's event, and blinds begin at 400/800 with a 100 ante. Levels for this event will increase every fifteen minutes, and late registration and up to five re-entries are available up until registration closes at 8:45 p.m. EST. This is a one-day tournament, meaning play will continue until a champion is crowned, who will walk away with a NJCOOOP Championship Trophy in addition to first-place prize money.
Daniel "loxonbagel" Buzgon was able to earn a NJCOOP victory last night, as he topped a field of 145 entrants to win NJCOOP Event #27: $100 NLHE [8-Max, Deepstack], $12.5K GTD for $2,766. He'll be looking to keep the momentum going, along with two-time 2021 NJCOOP champ Stanton "Stonniepokes" Tentnowski in today's event.
