It was an action packed day on the virtual felts as WCOOP 100-H: $10,300 Pot-Limit Omaha got underway. There were a total of 79 entries into the tournament, meeting the guarantee and pushing the prize pool to $790,000. With late registration still open, these numbers could continue to grow. Of those 79 bullets, 18 remain in pursuit of WCOOP glory, including both well established pros and relatively unknown users.

It was one of those unknown players who came out on top in Argentinas eltucu64, who will enter Day 2 with 2,678,034. Just behind them is "anonymstruts" of Sweden, with 2,644,293, much of which was won in a big pot right before the end of the day. Rounding out the top three is "Imbajimbaa", hailing from Denmark, who bagged an impressive 1,812,977.

Some notables outside of the top ten includeTalal "raidalot" Shakerchi (528,939) and Joao "Naza114" Vieira (704,953) who will both be looking to continue running up their stack on Day 2. Some familiar faces who entered today without securing a bag include Benny RunGodlike Glaser, who has already won seven tournaments during this series, as well as Pascal "Pass_72" Lefrancois, Andras "probirs" Nemeth, Connor "blanconegro" Drinan, and Linus "LLinusLLove" Loeliger, among others.

More notables may still enter, as late registration will remain open through the first 30 minutes of play on Day 2. Two players, Gavin "gavz101" Cochrane and Maxi "mikki696" Lehmanski have already purchased starting stacks of 250,000 to start Day 2.

Those starting stacks are still good for more than 20 big blinds, as play will resume at Level 16, where blinds will be 6,000/12,000 with a 1,200 ante. Levels will still be 30 minutes long. Day 2 action will kick off at 12:35 p.m. Eastern Time and continue until only seven players remain. Those lucky seven will then return the following day, October 3rd, to play down to a winner.
