A Champion Will be Crowned in WCOOP-91-L Before the End of the Day; "pagan_junior" Leads Counts
Its time to crown a Main Event Champion in the PokerStars WCOOP 2021 WCOOP-91-L: $55 NLHE [8-Max, NLHE Main Event]. Nine players are still alive for the final day of play, but by the end of today, only one will be left standing, hoisting the virtual trophy. The winner today will pocket almost $200,000, the biggest share of the $2,014,550 prize pool.
Almost a full third of the prize pool is still yet to be won. Players returning today are guaranteed at least $12,908, but they all have their sights set on the $193,654 up top. In total, there's $642,261 left to be won on the final table, with two $100,000+ prizes, and a third that is just a hair under that number.
The player with the best chance at the big prize today is "pagan_junior" of Sweden. They starts Day 4 with the biggest of two stacks over 200,000, with Denmark's "rickiolsen1988" as the other 200,000+ stack in second. The leader starts the day with a bit more than 80 big blinds, while #2 will play 72 to start.
The shortest stack belongs to Romanian "benea29". They won't even have 10 bigs to start the day, with the final table average sitting about 38 big blinds for the first level of Day 4.
